Once upon a time.../Il était une fois

...A guy finally decided to get on with the times and start his own blog. Not being the most gifted graphic designer, I've done my best, but, well...

I am not Da Vinci, that much is for sure.

So what will this blog be about ??

• Fantasy Wargames for one. I've recently developed a renewed interest for my old chaos space marines. 10 years without holding a brush...expect painful to watch WIP. 
• Role Playing Games (the Pen and Paper sort). I have myriads of game aids and scenarii waiting to see the light of the internet...or waiting to be unleashed on innocent and unsuspecting players.
• Fantasy artists: I have the utmost respect and admiration for those who gave the universes we dream about a pictural representation. Hence why i'll try to present old and new fantasy artists, famous or less famous, and samples of their work.
• a bit of everything else: from movies and movie scores to fantasy novels to pro-wrestling to japanese anime, I have a very wide range of interests.

what you will NEVER find on this blog:

• Download links for copyrighted material.
• Not safe for work material.
• Sonic Fanart.
• Fanfictions.
• Video game reviews. there's a better place for that on the sidebar.

...Un type qui se décida enfin à se mettre à la page et à ouvrir son propre blog. N'étant pas le graphiste le plus talentueux, j'ai fait de mon mieux, mais... 

Bon, une chose est sure, je ne suis pas De Vinci. 

Alors de quoi parlera ce blog ?? 

• De wargames fantastiques d'une part. j'ai récemment développé un intérêt renouvelé pour ma vieille armée de Marines du Chaos. 10 ans sans tenir un pinceau...attendez vous à des "work in progress" pénibles à regarder. 
• De jeux de Rôles (la variante sur table, la seule, la vraie !). J'ai des myriades d'aides de jeu et de scénarios attendant de voir la lumière de...et bien d'internet. Ou d'être utilisées sur des joueurs innocents. 
• D'illustrateurs: J'ai à la fois le plus grand respect et la plus grande admiration pour ceux qui donnent aux univers dont nous rêvons une représentation picturale. Voilà pourquoi j'essaierai de vous présenter des artistes, anciens et nouveaux, célèbres ou peu connus, ainsi qu'un (petit) échantillon de leur œuvre. 
• D'un peu de tout: depuis les films et bandes originales à la littérature fantastique, du catch à l'animation Japonaise, j'ai des centres d'intérêts extrêmement variés. 

Ce que vous ne trouverez JAMAIS sur ce blog: 

• Des liens de téléchargement pour du matériel protégés par droits d'auteur. 
• Du matériel pornographique 
• Des fanarts de Sonic le hérisson 
• Des fanfictions 
• Des reviews de Jeux Vidéos (Il y a un meilleur endroit pour ça dans la barre de liens). 

Enfin un grand, non, un immense merci à Les Edwards (allez visiter son site  vous ne le regretterez pas), pour m’avoir permis d’utiliser une de ses magnifiques illustrations (Parlainth) comme image de fond du Blog.
